Write and place job advertisment in various media outlets
Utilize Internet on-line recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates
Initiate contact with qualified cadidates
Coordinate communications and screening of applicants
Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, competencies, professional and personal references, and salary requirements
Applicant retention - Once a hiring decision is made we follow-up with the hiring manager and the applicant at 30, 60 and 90 days to support a successful transition and retention of your new hire.
