  • Utilize Internet on-line recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates
  • Initiate contact with qualified cadidates
  • Coordinate communications and screening of applicants
  • Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, competencies, professional and personal references, and salary requirements
  • Applicant retention - Once a hiring decision is made we follow-up with the hiring manager and the applicant at 30, 60 and 90 days to support a successful transition and retention of your new hire.
