35k Base Salary + up to 20% performance bonus

·      Will be generating new business leads using a combination of outbound/inbound calls, engage in data mining and be responsible for researching and qualifying prospects, work closely with marketing to assist in preparing marketing campaigns and recommend lead generation strategies. Must be able to get past gate keepers, connect with decision-makers on the phone, gather important information, and persuade them to set an appointment with a Sales Team Member to review the offer. Outstanding phone skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills and self-directed; results oriented; desire to learn and take initiative. Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Degree preferred but not required.

Data Analyst  - Frederick, MD

Salary 45k – 65k Degree: Bachelors

·         The Data Analyst is responsible for all data activities including data mining, data scrubbing, sales territory design, and developing new data sources. Manage process for cleaning data to ensure data accuracy, conduct analysis of sales territory data, and work closely with Regional Sales Managers to design sales territories. Responding to data requests and developing accurate and timely ad hoc reports for executive staff. Develop strong working relationship with sales manager and field representatives. Conduct analysis of call center performance in comparison to daily, monthly, and quarterly goals. Work under pressure, managing multiple tasks. Must have excellent GIS/ Mapping knowledge. Advanced knowledge of pivot tables, charts, and formula usage. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Ability to use query tools such as Web Focus to create ad hoc reports and analysis. Experience in leading a marketing team is a plus.
