City of Hagerstown - Customer Service Workshop The City of Hagerstown Economic Development is partnering with T.S. Leary & Associates to offer  "Give 'em the Pickle," a free customer service seminar, September 29, 2008, 9-11:30 at the Center for Business and Training.

"Give 'em the Pickle" is an interactive workshop that takes a fun, motivational look at customer service. Participants will learn to model and coach their teams to apply the four key principles of service, attitude, consistency and teamwork.  The sessions will be led by Tonya Leary, principal consultant of T.S. Leary & Associates, a human resources, recruitment and consulting company.
